Dunkelweizen (DUNK-ull-VIE-sen) is another classic, easy to drink, German wheat beer, this one has a deeper flavor than our hefeweizen, owing to the slightly darker “crystal” malt used in the recipe. 4.8% ABV, 15 IBU.
