We heavily dry-hopped our Berliner Weisse with Calypso hops for an explosion of herbal flavor.

Before there were hops, there was Gruit. What is that you say? An ancient style brewed with a mixture of herbs for bittering rather than hops, we used yarrow, heather and mugwort. This unusual ale will make you pucker up and come back for another intriguing sip. Check it out Friday night and let us give you a taste of life 1,000 years ago.
Grape Stomp Barley Wine – SOLD OUT
9% ABV, 48 IBU
This barley wine (9%, 48 IBU) was brewed with old-vine Concord grapes from the brewer’s backyard. Everything about this brew says deep and rich from its mahogany color to the notes of oak and cherry. Served from a pin cask, brewery only, no take out.
Nut Brown Coffee Ale – SOLD OUT
5% ABV, 25 IBU
Brewed with green, unroasted Bali coffee beans from Booskerdoo Coffee & Baking Co. Available in the tasting room only, until the keg kicks.
ROGGENBIER – SOLD OUT
5% ABV, 14 IBU
Roggenbier is an ancient style of beer that is all but disappeared once the German purity law of 1516, which only allowed barley for brewing beer, was adopted. It uses a hefeweizen yeast and a large percentage of rye, resulting in a dark amber beer that is full-bodied and spicy.
RAUCHBIER – SOLD OUT
6.3% ABV, 22 IBU
We are paying homage to the beautiful German city of Bamberg with our small batch Rauchbier. This style is a throwback to centuries ago, when grains were dried over open fires, imparting a smokey flavor to the malt. The malt in our Rauchbier was smoked over beechwood, resulting in a dark-colored, light-bodied brew. BYOS (Bring Your Own Sausage) to enjoy with this one!
THE BEE STING – SOLD OUT
The “Bee Sting” is a farmhouse style saison with an interesting grain bill that includes quinoa and wheat berries; brewed with fresh harvested honey from Red Bank Honey ~ Ptak’s Apiary, fresh lemons and dry hopped with garden picked lavender, all said to calm a bee sting. Only 10 gallons so get a taste while it lasts!
