Beers That Kicked

Wet Hop Harvest Ale

4.8% ABV, 48 IBU

This American amber ale, made with about 60 lbs of Chinook and Cascade hops we helped to harvest at The Fir Farm in Colts Neck, has a nice balance of malt and lets the freshness of the hops shine through.

Kolsch

4.8% ABV, 25 IBU

Kolsch (pronounced COAL SH) is a crisp, clean, pale gold beer with a delicate flavor balance. If you like a light lager, pilsner or blonde ale, this may be the beer for you!

English Bitter

5.0% ABV, 30 IBU

An amber ale with a strong malty background, made with Azacca hops. The first batch of beer brewed in our 7-barrel brewhouse.

Glacier Pale Ale

5.7% ABV, 48 IBU

A pale gold brew that’s refreshing and hoppy, yet with sufficient supporting malt. Made with Centennial and Glacier hops.

Saison

5.9% ABV, 22 IBU

A Belgian-style farmhouse beer made with Saaz and Tettnang hops. Notes of bitter orange and pepper add to this light-bodied rustic brew.

Weizenbock

7.1% ABV, 20 IBU

In the style of German wheat beers, this bold brew has notes of banana and clove, but with a more powerful flavor and higher alcohol content than a Hefeweizen or Dunkelweizen.

Baltic Porter

8.1% ABV, 37 IBU

This smooth dark ale is different from a typical English Porter because of its robust malty sweetness and noticeable alcohol content.

Belgian Golden Strong Ale

8.2% ABV, 29 IBU

Meet Goldie Strawng. Shes’s complex, effervescent, a little fruity, but sharp. Don’t be fooled… she packs a punch!
