On tap for Thursday is the first of our small batch brews – The “Bee Sting”. It is a farmhouse style Saison with an interesting grain bill that includes quinoa and wheat berries; brewed with fresh harvested honey from Red Bank Honey ~ Ptak’s Apiary, fresh lemons and dry hopped with garden picked lavender, all said to calm a bee sting. Only 10 gallons so get a taste while it lasts!
