If you’ve been to our taproom, you know that human connection is an important part of how we operate.
Today is a reminder that we need that more than ever. We honor the memory of those lost on 9/11 and the courage of those people in our Monmouth County community and beyond who will forever live with the scars of that day.
Every day we see people pause in front of the flag in our taproom. Some are intrigued by the handiwork, some want to know the story behind it. But for some, you can see a strong emotion rising to the surface, especially when they learn it was an FDNY first responder from Middletown, NJ who made it for us. Never forget.

Wet Hop Harvest Ale is an American amber ale brewed with about 60 lbs of Chinook and Cascade hops picked fresh from The Fir Farm with many helping hands. This sessionable brew has a nice balance of malt and lets the freshness of the hops shine through. Come have a pint with us while you tour our brewery.
